Answer

  • Unless otherwise specified, Fedex will deliver your package. (Carrier cannot be specified.)
  • If undetermined at the time of order, shipping date for Pre-order items will be announced via email and on Website upon finalising.
  • All products (excluding Pre-order and MTOs) will be delivered within approximately five business days after ordering.
  • Delivery date cannot be specified for MTO (Made-To-Order) items.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
    (Please note that, in some cases, the delivery may precede the shipping confirmation email.)
  • Go to "My Page: Order History" to check your shipment status and tracking number.
  • Should the shipment of your order delay, we will notify via email.
  • We don't accept that you receive your package at the courier office.
  • Re-delivery is available based on Carrier Policy (Fedex).
    After the re-delivery period, your package will be sent back to us.
    In case of re-shipment after the package was sent back to us, additional cost  may be charged.
  • The additional cost may also be charged in case the shipping address and/or order was changed after the order has been shipped.

  • We will ensure safe and smooth shipping of the merchandise , kindly check the content(s) of the merchandise upon receipt.
    If there is any missing parts or the content(s) delivered is different from the ordered content(s), please keep the packaging box and contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
